During the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020, Amb. Franklin Bell Ogbeni carried out a humanitarian free distribution of palliatives aimed at supporting vulnerable individuals and families affected by the restrictions and the economic hardship caused by the pandemic.
Palliative materials, including essential food items and other relief supplies, were distributed to members of the community. The initiative was designed to provide immediate assistance to families who were struggling to meet their basic needs during the lockdown.
At a time of uncertainty and hardship, the distribution provided much-needed relief and encouraged affected families to remain hopeful.
